Paypal is an online merchant with 100 millions customers worldwide. Majority of Internet retailers use them, especially Ebay traders. They are what we called third party payment processor, they process credit card for the retailers and send the money to the retailer's bank account. That's how we can accept payment by credit card online.

Unfortunately for us Indonesian, they impose on us a funny rule. We can open a Paypal account, send payment to other people but we cannot receive payment from our buyers AND we cannot withdraw it to our Indonesian bank! And they wont send us check too. What a funny way to keep our money as ransom right?
